Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components accurately following detailed work instructions and quality standards

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy benchmarks

• Identify, document, and report any product defects or inconsistencies to ensure continuous quality improvement

• Perform rework on products when necessary to meet specifications

• Maintain precise records of production data and traceability information

• Package finished products securely for shipment and distribution

• Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety, quality, and production protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year overall work experience

• 3 to 6 months of assembly experience preferred

• Experience in medical device manufacturing or clean room environments is a plus

• Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. as needed

• Strong basic math and reading skills

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Adaptability in a fast-paced production environment

• Basic computer skills are preferred

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
