Clinical Assessment Manager (RN)
$60–$63/Hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
We are actively hiring for two Clinical Assessment Manager (RN)openings with a leading PACE organization:
In this field-based role, you will conduct UAS-NY assessments, complete clinical reassessments, review diagnoses and medications, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support participant enrollment and quality outcomes.
Requirements:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
