What You’ll Do

• Assist the Lead Technician with job preparation and daily cleaning tasks
• Perform pressure washing, roof cleaning, window washing, and gutter cleaning
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain and clean equipment, restock supplies, and keep job sites organized

Who We Are Looking For

• Physically Capable – Lift 55 pounds, work outdoors, and operate at heights
• Reliable & Hardworking – Show up on time and work efficiently
• Team-Oriented – Work well with others and take direction
• Customer Friendly – Good communication and attention to detail
• Licensed & Insurable – Valid driver’s license with the ability to be insured
• Weekend Availability – Able to work occasional weekends as needed
