As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Attitude is everything! Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Market various insurance products effectively to potential customers through various channels.
• Collaborate with team members in sales initiatives and strategies to enhance overall performance.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client data to recommend appropriate insurance plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and HIPAA compliance to ensure best practices are followed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring they understand their options and obligations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
• Excellent analytical skills for assessing client needs and market conditions.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Proficient in sales administration tasks, including documentation and record keeping.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
• Property & Casualty License is required to start.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
