Responsibilities

What You'll Do
• Consult with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction
• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Convert qualified real estate leads into active clients using proven sales systems
• Manage leads, appointments, and daily activities in the CRM
• Conduct property showings, buyer consultations, and open houses
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings
• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives referrals and repeat business
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications

What We're Looking For
• Active South Carolina and/or North Carolina Real Estate License
• Full-time commitment to building a successful real estate sales career
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM software and real estate technology , or eager to learn
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and growth mindset
• Passion for helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals
